Private Pay & Insurance
Private pay fees are listed below. If you have insurance for psychotherapy, please contact us to confirm whether we are in-network. For out-of-network insurance, clients are responsible for checking reimbursement benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Life coaching is a self-pay services.

Fees
Free Initial Consultation (15 min-30 min)
*Medical Clearance Assessment/Diagnostic Evaluation-discuss in consultation
Intake/Re-Assessment Appointment: $150-$200
Psychotherapy Session: $80-$150/session
Life Coaching Session: $80-120/session
Monthly Saving Plans are available (explore in consultation)

​All other service's fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service render.

FMLA/Accommodation/Verification Paperwork: $50-$100
Appointment Cancellation without 24 hours' notice: $75 - up to full session rate
Late Payment: $ 50 after 2 weeks from session or as determined by office
Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee for returned payment: $50 per incident
Court Fees:
(Clients are discouraged from having KL Counseling Services, PLLC subpoenaed for purpose of litigation. This is not our area of expertise nor are we trained forensically. If we are subpoenaed, below are fees for the services.)
Subpoena received without the minimum 72 hours' notice will be charge an additional express fee of $1000/provider
Retainer of $2000/provider is due at least 72 hours before scheduled court appearance
Court appearance may varies between $2000 -$6000/provider
Preparation time, phone calls, depositions, mileage, filing documents, etc. are addition cost that will be discussed prior to service render.
